That’s why our team of expert designers, builders, and professionals will work with you every step of the way from selecting and designing your new home through closing. CraftMaster Homes uses a proven building process with best practices to create a home you will love.

We encourage you to browse our floor plans online, tour our model homes, and visit our neighborhoods to see the available amenities and get a sense of each community.  Our experienced new home specialists will help you to define what design and features are important to you. They will work with you to personalize our home plans to fit your needs and lifestyle. Move a wall, add a room, even change the very footprint of a plan to create a home that is unique to you.

Once you have signed the sales agreement, we will review the plans and specifications for your new home.  Following this meeting, our Design and Selections Coordinator will work with you to make all the selections for your new home – including flooring, lighting, exterior colors and materials, cabinetry and countertops. This is a very exciting time as you begin to visualize what your new home will look like!

Prior to the beginning of the construction of your home, you will meet with your Project Manager for a pre-construction meeting. We will provide you with an estimated schedule showing significant milestones as your home is built. You can be assured that our team will provide frequent check-ins and keep you in the loop on anything that may affect your built timeline.

After the lot is cleared and the foundation is built, the walls are constructed and you’ll start to see your home take shape! At the framing stage, you and your Project Manager will do an Electrical Walk-Through. This is where you will confirm that all selections and options have been installed before they are covered up with drywall including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cable & audio/visual locations. You’ll also finalize the locations of your outlets and light fixtures. Throughout the building process, your Project Manager will provide you with weekly progress reports to keep you informed on the construction of your new home.
