I just wanted to take a moment to review my experience with Craftmaster. I waited some time to do this as I wanted time to live in my new construction and see how issues were handled. It has now been nearly 2 years and I have repeatedly had my expectations exceeded. The entire staff is courteous, and truly act like they care. When I have encountered issues they were taken care of promptly and properly. I recently made a request, and my business with them is completely finished and Tina in customer service was so very helpful and went above and beyond to get me what I needed in the unreasonably short period of time that I wanted it in. On top of that, I really have had only about 10% or less of the issues I hear horror stories about from new construction, but the way they were handled kept me from stressing over it. I rarely write online reviews, but I have repeatedly been impressed with the service, both prior and post-purchase.
