Sarah Clark was fantastic. She took time to explain every step of the process, didn’t push aggressively, and gave us the time we needed to come to a decision. Quite a few other builders agents use a hard sell technique that we found very off-putting. We greatly appreciated Sarah’s use of the soft-sell. She took the time to follow up on questions she couldn’t answer right away.
