New models are now open to tour at The Cottages at Viniterra in New Kent, VA.

We are so excited to announce the grand opening of two model homes at The Cottages at Viniterra, a new maintenance-provided neighborhood in New Kent, VA. Over the first two Saturdays in June, we'll unveil the new model homes, have live music from The River City Band, food from Four Brothers Bistro (on 6/4) and Fireside Pizza (6/11), and tons of great prizes for visitors! The Cottages at Viniterra is a new maintenance-provided neighborhood located within the established community of Viniterra. The new section offers eight single-family home plans ranging from 1,594 to 3,148 square feet. The home plans feature airy, open-concept floorplans with 2 – 4 bedrooms, all with a primary suite on the first floor.
