The Cottages at Viniterra will be a 55+ maintenance provided community offering single-family homes with Farmhouse, Craftsman, and French Country designs. Homes will range from 1,600 to more than 3,000 square feet, featuring 1st-floor owners suites or one-level living (some with basement opportunities). Prices will start in the $280Ks.
