Amy Vaughan- Sales Coordinator

Amy joins us with an extensive background in research and process management. She is a big fan of all levels of football (but cheers loudest for the Washington Football Team). She loves tennis and pickleball and reading about history. She's a proud parent to a high school senior.

Kevin Gardner - Purchasing Agent

Kevin brings nearly 25 years of experience in the construction industry to our team. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, he enjoys playing golf and running local 5Ks. He's also the proud parent of two children.

John Hauserman - Land & Acquisitions Manager

John brings over 18 years of experience in land acquisitions and development to our team. He's a proud #girldad of two young children, and enjoys cooking, gardening, and golfing.

Zach Farrow - Builder II

Zach is a New Kent, VA local and the proud father of two children. He enjoys exercise, hunting, and fishing.

Cole Knapp - Builder II

A Richmond native and graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Cole is a big fan of the Yankees, Washington Football, and the University of Virginia.

Ben Jessee - Warranty Manager

A Hampton-Sydney graduate, Ben has been in the construction industry for over 8 years. Originally from Midlothian, Ben now lives in Mechanicsville, VA with his family.
