We are excited to welcome Tim Parent to the CraftMaster Homes family. As General Manager, Tim will be responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, and assist in the growth of the company. 

A graduate from Virginia Tech, Tim brings 16 years of experience in the home building industry from project management to sales and marketing. Widely known as an outstanding leader and contributor in the Richmond real estate market, Tim has been a past President of the Home Builder’s Association of Richmond, where he helped to lead support for the industry through advocacy, education, networking, and marketing. Most recently, he combined his experience in construction and real estate with his knowledge of investment strategy in his role as President for Cava Capital, LLC. 

In addition to his experience in the construction industry, Parent has also spent several years volunteering with the ASK Foundation, and helping to run the Darrell Green Celebrity Golf Classic which supports the Youth Life Foundation.
