The Maddison Floorplan

One of our popular 2-story plans, The Maddison has an open 1st Floor with tons of space for entertaining and everyday family living. The Study can be expanded for more space or converted into a fourth bedroom and full bath. The Owner's Suite is upstairs and includes a spacious bath with shower and soaking tub, and a generous walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms, a full bath, laundry, and loft (or 5th bedroom) are also located upstairs.
