The Thomas plan is a four bedroom, three bath home plan.  The first floor includes an open great room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom and full bath -  perfect as a guest bedroom or home office. Stairs lead down to the two-car garage and unfinished basement or storage area. The second floor features a loft - great as a kids’ playroom or additional family room area - primary suite, laundry room and two additional bedrooms.
