The Winchester Floorplan

One of our most popular plans, the Winchester, is a 2-story home with an optional 1st-floor guest suite. A formal dining room is off the foyer, and a study (or guest suite) is behind the generous family room. The kitchen is open to the breakfast nook, and has an eating island and a spacious walk-in pantry. Upstairs, the loft leads to all bedrooms, including the Owners Suite with private bath and two walk-in closets. Options include a finished 3rd floor, enclosed dining room, and more bathrooms.
