The Pinewood is a main-floor living home plan perfect for all stages of life. A wide country porch leads you into the foyer with a flex room on one side and a dining room on the other. The kitchen opens to the nook (or dayroom) and a spacious family room. A walk-in pantry and optional butler's pantry is also located off of the kitchen connecting it to the dining room. The Primary Suite, located off of the family room, features a large walk-in closet, double-sink vanity, shower, and soaking tub. A laundry room is located at the entrance to the garage.
