The Marion Floorplan

The Marion is a two-story home with a first-floor primary suite and extended loft space on the second floor. The wide covered porch opens to the great room and kitchen, which features a spacious island, granite counters, and hardwood cabinets. A dining area is open to the kitchen and leads to the primary bedroom on the first floor. The primary suite features a large walk-in closet and a double-sink vanity in the private bath. A half bath, mudroom, and laundry round out the first floor.  The remaining bedrooms are all located upstairs off of the extended loft, which offers even more gathering space.
