If you are getting close to your 60 day or 1-year anniversary, it's time to get ready for sending in your warranty forms. Here's what to do to prepare:

  • Keep a list of things that need attention in your home 
  • Make a copy for your records
  • Return the Service Request form (below)along with a signed and dated acknowledgment form (form can be returned via mail, fax, or to the email listed on the document) **CraftMaster will be unable to begin the service process until BOTH forms are received.**
  • Provide a current daytime phone number where we can reach you

11 Month Warranty Form

Once all forms are received, we will review your list and contact you to set up a time for the work to be performed. Our service technicians are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. Subcontractors will be notified by CraftMaster to make direct contact with you to schedule their specific service items. Please keep in mind as you schedule these appointments that arrangements must be made to allow access to your home.
